These Terms govern the sale of goods by Orivaine to consumers via our website (orivaine.com) and via Amazon Marketplace. Where you purchase via Amazon, Amazon's Conditions of Use also apply. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A contract is formed when we despatch your order and send you a despatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund where payment has been taken.

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

All prices are as shown on our website or Amazon listing at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment providers.

We aim to despatch orders promptly after receipt. Estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and vary by order size and destination. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

All our products are loose-leaf herbal teas sold as food products. They are not licensed medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Ingredient and allergen information is provided on each product label and on our website. If you have any food allergies or medical conditions, please consult your GP before purchasing. Individual results from drinking botanical infusions may vary.

Your right to cancel and our returns procedure are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any breach of your statutory rights. Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant goods.

All content on our website, including text, images, blend names, and brand identity, is owned by or licensed to Orivaine and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Where you purchase our products via Amazon Marketplace, you are contracting with Orivaine as the seller. Amazon acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to the contract of sale. Amazon's own terms of use also apply to your use of their platform.

If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at hello@orivaine.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. The current version is always available on our website.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
