The flavour is earthy and herbal, with a citrus lift that stops it feeling too heavy. Brew Experience & Flavour
A clear, golden-amber liquor with an incredibly sophisticated aroma. The deep, savoury warmth of sage is uplifted by a bright, sweet citrus pop and a relaxing, buttery herb finish.
Brewing Suggestion
1 tbsp per serving · 90°C water · steep 4–5 minutes · no milk needed.
Allergen information: No major UK-declarable allergens in the recipe. Contains red clover (legume family) and mint-family lemon balm — avoid if you have a known sensitivity to these plants, and note that citrus peel may not suit those sensitive to citrus. Blended and packed in a facility that also handles nuts, seeds and cereals containing gluten.
