Brewing Suggestion
1 tbsp per serving · 95°C water · steep 4–5 minutes · delicious without milk.
Allergen information: No major UK-declarable allergens in the recipe. Contains mint-family botanicals (spearmint) and nettle — avoid if you have a known sensitivity to these plants. Blended and packed in a facility that also handles nuts, seeds and cereals containing gluten, so traces cannot be ruled out.
